Privacy Policy

Effective April 13, 2026

Overview

TeleClinicOS ("we," "our," or "us") operates teleclinicos.com and provides private telehealth infrastructure to healthcare practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information on our marketing website. It does not govern the patient data processed within a clinic's dedicated TeleClinicOS environment — that data is governed by each clinic's Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and their own privacy notices.

Information we collect

Demo request form: When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, practice name, specialty, and practice size. This is used solely to schedule and personalise your demo.
Usage analytics: We collect anonymous page-view and session data (e.g. pages visited, time on page, referral source) to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use cookies that track you across other sites.
Email correspondence: If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond and follow up.

How we use your information

To respond to your request: We use your contact details to schedule demos, answer questions, and follow up on conversations you initiate.
To improve our site: Aggregate analytics help us understand which content is useful and where to improve the experience.
No selling or sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

HIPAA & protected health information (PHI)

This marketing website does not process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information. PHI is handled exclusively inside each clinic's isolated, single-tenant TeleClinicOS environment, governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement. If you are a clinic operator with questions about your BAA or data handling within your environment, contact us at hello@teleclinicos.com.

Data storage & security

Demo request data submitted through this site is stored in a Supabase-hosted database in the United States. We apply row-level security, encryption at rest (AES-256), and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is restricted to TeleClinicOS staff on a need-to-know basis.

Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies necessary for the site to function (e.g. session continuity). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to view this site.

Your rights

Access & correction: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
Deletion: You may ask us to delete your data at any time. We will do so within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.
Opt-out: Reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us and we will remove you from future communications immediately.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party resources (e.g. documentation, integrations). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify active contacts by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
