Effective April 13, 2026
TeleClinicOS ("we," "our," or "us") operates teleclinicos.com and provides private telehealth infrastructure to healthcare practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information on our marketing website. It does not govern the patient data processed within a clinic's dedicated TeleClinicOS environment — that data is governed by each clinic's Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and their own privacy notices.
This marketing website does not process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information. PHI is handled exclusively inside each clinic's isolated, single-tenant TeleClinicOS environment, governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement. If you are a clinic operator with questions about your BAA or data handling within your environment, contact us at hello@teleclinicos.com.
Demo request data submitted through this site is stored in a Supabase-hosted database in the United States. We apply row-level security, encryption at rest (AES-256), and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is restricted to TeleClinicOS staff on a need-to-know basis.
We use minimal first-party cookies necessary for the site to function (e.g. session continuity). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to view this site.
Our site may link to third-party resources (e.g. documentation, integrations). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify active contacts by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
