Connecting to clinical workspace...
Effective April 13, 2026
By accessing teleclinicos.com or requesting a demo, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
TeleClinicOS provides private, single-tenant telehealth infrastructure to healthcare practices, including video visits, clinical documentation, scheduling, billing workflows, and related modules ("Services"). The Services are provided under a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed between TeleClinicOS and each clinic customer. These Terms govern use of the marketing website and pre-contract communications only.
The Services are intended for healthcare practices and their authorised representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and operating in the United States to use the Services. TeleClinicOS does not provide consumer-facing patient portals directly — those are operated by licensed healthcare providers under their own compliance programs.
You agree not to: (a) use the site or Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; (c) transmit PHI, personal health records, or sensitive patient data through demo forms or marketing channels; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform; (e) use automated tools to scrape or crawl the site without written consent.
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to TeleClinicOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The TeleClinicOS name and logo are trademarks of TeleClinicOS.
Pricing displayed on this site is indicative and subject to change. Binding pricing is established in a signed Order Form or MSA. Collections-based pricing (% of billed visits) is subject to agreement on measurement methodology, billing integration access, and monthly reconciliation terms set out in the relevant Order Form.
Information shared during demo calls, onboarding discussions, or proposal conversations (e.g. practice revenue, workflow details, patient volumes) is treated as confidential by TeleClinicOS and used solely to scope and deliver the Services. We do not disclose prospect or customer business information to third parties without consent.
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TeleClinicOS does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, or compliance advice. You should consult qualified counsel for your specific compliance requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleClinicOS's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or use of the marketing site shall not exceed $100. In no event shall TeleClinicOS be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability for data breaches within a clinic's production environment is governed by the applicable MSA and BAA, not these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where applicable, notifying active contacts by email. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
